Q: Can it be activated at the store or by calling the carrier?
A: Unfortunately, the reps are not trained to know much about smartwatches so they always say no. The way to activate the sim is by using a phone or online by providing the IMEI of your phone. Once activated, insert it into the watch and reboot.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a generous 30 days return policy. Items must be returned with original box and accessories in new or slightly used condition. Restock fee applies to buyer's remorse returns, missing items or damaged/ roughly used items.
