WXTRA Care is a 12-month service plan that provides complete and comprehensive protection.
WXTRA Care offers 1 replacement or repair in one year. You can have your watch replaced with no additional cost if an accident occurs.
WXTRA Care can only be purchased within 3 days of buying a new Smart Watch.
Accidental damage is covered by the WXTRA Care service, including:
* Broken watch bands
* Broken screen
* Facial Recognition/Security Lockout
* Lost sim cover/screws
The Warranty covers either replacement or repair, buyer is responsible for shipping cost to us.
Defects or damage caused by misuse, product abuse, or error in installation are not covered under WXTRA Care including:
* Water Damage
* Rooting/Software compromise
* Opening the Internal Components of the Watch such as Battery, Circuit Board etc.
